  • Knowledge of Health/Labor Employment Law. Sole Arbitrator for breach of employment contract, invalidity of arbitration clause, unconscionable fee splitting provisions of arbitration agreement, wrongful discharge, unlawful employment practices, retaliation, defamation and intentional interference with contractual relations between a doctor and the employing medical clinic.
